09-08-12 Undying #Poetry

This is the twentieth link in the ongoing poetry chain between clynnbud1 and myself. The rules are simple. you must use the last line of the previous poems your first line. We have no set limit of how many poems we will do, instead we will keep going till we get tired.
Undying
(Italics line is last line of previous poem)

I still love you.

Four words that flow
from lips easily
as the blood.

pain and the gashes
testament to my undying
devotion.

Even as the knife
bares down once again;
I feel no fear, only affection.

Strike deep within my chest,beloved
ripping the flesh as you go.
puncture my beating heart;
it will not kill my love.

Let the blood drain.
bathe in my juices,
before you clean.

Even in death,
I"ll still feel the same.
