Voyages of Youth #poetry

Little bear in a big world.
Landscape at his beck and call
Nature his ecstasy,
the surroundings his new home.

Partner introduced,
the beastly rendezvous .
Fate at the helm,
all is looking good.

Seasons change,
with it his mood.
What once was good,
is no more.

A turn of the tides,
stars and moon aligned.
Exclamations of hatred
thrown to and fro .

Conquests a many
too many to recall.
None like his love.
The first manly voyage.

Back in the nest,
mother hen disapproves
Father bear understands
Little one is numb.

Protect the youth,
a motherly mantra.
Reuniting Lovers,
once again.
